Membership access
Features that require membership may be limited until an eligible membership is active. Check your account's membership status and expiry information.
Payment confirmation
After making a payment, retain the payment confirmation and transaction reference. Check your account to confirm whether the membership status has updated.
Payment issue
If payment was deducted but the expected access is not shown, contact support with the registered email, transaction reference, date and amount.
Plan prices, validity, included features and refund or cancellation conditions should be checked on the live Membership page and applicable terms.
