Sign in to your account and open your profile or edit-profile section. Review your personal, education, occupation and partner-preference details before saving your changes.

Open the profile photo or edit-profile area, choose the image you want to use, and follow the on-screen instructions. Use a clear photo that you have permission to share.

Open Matches from the website navigation. Depending on the options available to your account, you can browse Daily Matches, New Matches, My Matches and nearby profiles.

Open a member's profile and select the interest or contact action shown on the page. Some contact features may require an active membership; the page will show the applicable prompt.

Visit the Membership page, review the plan details and follow the available payment steps. Check the membership status shown in your account after completing the process.

Keep your transaction reference and payment confirmation. Contact support through the contact form and include the registered account email, transaction date and reference number. Do not share passwords or OTPs.

Use the report option if it is available on the member's profile, or contact support with the profile code and a brief description of your concern. Avoid sharing sensitive information in public areas.

Use the Contact Us tab here or open the Contact Us page to submit a message. Include enough detail for the team to understand your question, but never include your password or OTP.
